A store connected with a shopping mall or operating more than 1 store in city or cities. Following is the criterion for the classification as Chain Stores.
- Types of Chain Stores:
- Indian Brands: Brands originated from India and available in India only
- Multinational Brands: Brands may or may not originate from India but available in Other Countries also.
- Transnational Brands: Brands originated outside India & available in more than 2 Countries.

This tariff is only for Public Performance of Music as prescribed u/s 2FF of Copyright Act 1957. If the storage of Music is involved then for additional License Fee refer Cat. 37
