This RMPL’s Tariff is applicable for a premise used for dancing to music or catering especially to sports fans and typically containing several televisions and often sports memorabilia. and often featuring sophisticated sound systems, elaborate lighting, and other effects wherein Music (Sound recordings) are used as Background Score & may or may not be part of main Business.

• The above tariff is applicable for only Background Music & any Individual display which contains Music (Sound Recordings) will be charged @Rs. 2500 p.a. per display separately.
